Autonomous Vehicle Studio

This report proposes and discusses the potential for two Autonomous Vehicle (AV) pilot programs in Westchester County, New York. The proposed AV pilot programs, located at the Grasslands Campus in Mount Pleasant and along the Platinum Mile between White Plains and Harrison, are designed to improve transit access in the region and reduce dependence on single-occupancy vehicles for transportation to, from, and within the project sites.
